Where are they made? All in same plant? Anyone have feedback?

Thinking of something for a very mild shooting R7 air rifle........a simple Leupold 2.5 or 4x would do.......but......anyone want to share their experience using this brand?

Any info on warranty...or service? Thanks.

I'd like to know as well. I was looking at one of those Konus 2x7 rimfire scopes that Doug has on sale.

Short search shows them made in Red China. After the Chinese unleashed Virus, why would anyone knowingly buy their products.

I have had 4 and all but 1 failed, two 3-2 and two 1.5-6. Only one of the 3-12 hasn't failed and that is probably because it is on a buddy's rifle that hasn't been shot much at all.

I bought two 1.5-6x40mm for coyote rifles, one on my Rem 600 6x45mm and the other on a custom AR in 223 and so far they have worked perfect and surprisingly clear glass for what I paid, every bit as good as my Leupold VX-2's and Freedoms. Adjustments were spot on putting them on paper and so far a couple trips to the range and they hold zero.

After the first shot the rest are just noise.

I will add, all of the failures I experienced were on lightweight large bore rifles. They were all on these rifles at some point, 458 Socom, 358 Winchester, 375 Socom, 30'06, 35 Whelen, 338 Federal, 450 Bushmaster and 50 Beowulf. Either bolt or AR platform.

Interesting... we have blown up LOTS of glass on the 458 and 375 SOCOM... some of that glass being very high end. Weird phenomenon with those cartridges.

A friend runs a Konus Pro 2-7 on a .458 Lott... scope is well built and take a beating (BELIEVE IT OR NOT). $50 scope.

As for where made... I asked Doug point blank years ago if ANY glass was made in the USA... he said no... it is all sourced in the "Pacific Rim"... specs/quality vary.

All I know is they come on the CVA single shot combos. And some of them have an etched reticle.

Yes, that's understood that much glass is sourced.....but I simply wanted to know what is on the product, Made in ________.

I don't think I ever asked Doug or made that statement you are quoting me with.

I had asked Doug myself... a few years back. I'll hunt for the post sometime.
