Friend of mine is a wholesaler and buys odd lot auction stuff.
He has skyscraper glass that he is selling for crazy cheap. $1,000 CASH (no trades) for ALL TWELVE WINDOWS.
EIGHT pieces at 76" x 85" x 1.25" thick
FOUR pieces at 70" x 72" x 1.25" thick
(My guess is that it is triple pane... argon filled... tempered (i.e. Skyscraper windows need to be super tough (imagine the liability) and very well insulated).
That is 486 Square Feet of glass at $2+/- per SF.
If you built a 24' x 30' house you could make BOTH 30' wall solid glass at $2 per SF (i.e. WAY CHEAPER than drywall).
If someone wants just the EIGHT pieces at 76" x 85" x 1.25" thick I will keep the four smaller windows and the price is $700 CASH at time of pickup.
This is an ALL OR NOTHING DEAL ONLY. Windows are heavy plan on having a 1 ton truck.
Other uses? Sunroom porch? Greenhouse? Solar kiln for wood drying? Tanning salon for naked supermodels?
