Bluefin from the neighbor's trip out of San Diego last fall, asparagus picked 5 minutes before it hit the grill (first of the year from my small patch) and some veggies from the store. The tuna didn't make it to the grill without a few slices of sashimi being taken for the chef.

I had some boneless/skinless breasts for chicken parm this week but somehow they wound up in the Shakshuka. Woulda been great with some mozzarella on the top. mmmmmmmmmmmmmmm

Simple meal from the crockpot. Beef stroganof over some egg noodles the wife put together.
We both agreed the sauce from the chicken version she made a week or so back was better tasting, so it will be used for the next batch of beef.
