Canada has implemented its ‘Quarantine Act’ and here that woman could have received a $750 ticket.
The Prime Minister has not yet implemented the ‘Emergency Measures Act”==but if he does that woman could have been arrested and held without bail.

I think you might have missed Article VIII (Article 8 - Suspension of Constitution), during your reading of the Constitution. It's in fine print. Easy to miss. Article VIII (Article 8 - Suspension of Constitution) In the event a future virus (Not the flu. The flu doesn't matter, even though it kills tens of thousands of people every year.) causes incredible numbers of gullible people to quiver in abject panic; the Constitution of these United States shall be suspended and the governors of the various States shall impose upon the citizens of said States whatever rules, regulations and orders they desire, so long as the governor claims that the purpose of the rules, regulations and orders is to "flatten the curve".
