Went online earlier today to buy a replacement freezer. None available.
Called a lady we know in appliances at Home Depot. None available regardless of price i.e. cheap chest to premium uprighr.
"This is a nationwide. None until the fall... "they say"."
Yall hearing the same thing?

Yup. Lost my freezer 4-6 weeks ago. It was full of bear meat and a hide from a bear I killed in NY a few months back. I couldn’t get one when I looked back then

Around here a small 5 cu ft used freezer selling new for $259 is bringing $399 used. At least 15 ads of people looking for freezers on FB and craigslist. It has gone crazy.

Just went through the same thing today. Looking for a backup since ours is ancient. Wife called a bunch of different places and was told you can order one but it won't be here until September...for whomever is at the top of the list. But she got a tip from one of the gals. Look at Webstraunt Store online. We ended up ordering one. Kind of a funky pay process but it went through ok.
No brains, no headaches...

for all the bad comments Hysense gets, mines been keeping my beef frozen for a few years without a hiccup. Costco brand I think, inexpensive.
