I purchased this as a backup to another of the same model except with green stock. I've not pulled it out of the safe since putting it in. Not selling because I want to, have a house repair....I think it's the perfect specs, but I'll just keep using the one I've been using the last 2 years. Linked image below (same as FC site).

Nice gun! Just one question:

I thought, and according to the catalog, the barrels are either 18” threaded or 21” non-threaded. Am I missing something and are you sure yours is 22” threaded? Sorry if I am missing something obvious.

I’ve got this exact rifle. To steal a phrase from another campfire friend, it’s a “cheat machine.” Unbelievably accurate for a 5lb 6oz rifle. Most accurate gun I own.

Yeah, just mount a scope and feed them. I've used the "green" version of this one for the last two hunting seasons and used a 21" standard version the previous year (both 6.5 cm). Nothing I shot in them was over 1" for 3 at 100 yards.....that's not a specific load or something worked up for the rifle, it's any 6.5 ammo I put in them. Barrett really did these right.

Have the green version and it was very hard to find. Had not seen the black version for sale anywhere in my search for a Special Edition. Fair price, someone is getting a heck of a rifle at a fair price.

Bought the same exact black/black edition for my 8yo daughter’s b-day this past fall and as soon as I gave it to her, knew I was going to regret the stock cutting and pink bling that was sure to follow. Now I can have one too.
