Spatchcocked a big chicken that I got fresh from a farmer buddy. Did it on the Kamado. Awesome as usual.
Sides were an egg/crab salad that Slavyanka likes, coconut curry rice and tomato, basil and feta cheese salad.

Made a chicken pot pie last night and of course it will be our left over dinner today. My CPP although good lacks the traditional CPP flavor we all grew up with and my cooking chops have let me down in finding a homemade substitute. MCCcormick lists a mix but my 'net searches have come up blank finding a supplier with it in stock.

Ratbursts in the air fryer, some potato salad that I made earlier, and some pork and beans that I've doctored up with brown sugar, ketchup, and dry mustard.

Brian, it's our "riff" on Pasta Puttanesca (olives,tomatoes, onions n herbs), using deer burger in the sauce.

Arroz con Pollo with cheesy refrieds, with Pico, sour cream, etc...
