I'll put this here since a lot of you guys are bikers. My wife and I are looking for a set of intercoms to use while out on our SxS. We have a roll cage and aren't a bit high speed so we normally don't use helmets. Everything I can find fits in a helmet. What's available in an earmuff type that will block engine noise? We just want them to talk, no music. Something very basic is good as long as the sound is clear.

Could you use frs radios? If you want hands free they may make a vox headset.

Check out rugged radios. They make a headset-mic combo for SxSs. You can also plumb your music into the headset. https://www.ruggedradios.com/index....&cPath=302_1075&products_id=2625

Those David Clark aviation intercoms and headsets work well. Kinda pricey though.

That's the general style of what we'd like but we don't need anything near that expensive. We just want to talk to each other and block the engine noise while 4 wheeling.
