I try hard to not wear my tinfoil hat constantly...but looking up the Bayh-Doyle Act that Dr Mikovits explained...that law was like giving the keys to the US Mint to the Mex drug cartels.
Follow the money? No, a license to steal the money. Research requires lavish funding yes, but this is ridiculous. Incentive to do the wrong thing.
