The MSM propaganda machine is currently spewing incredible lies about his popularity rating so that means he probably wants to step in as a presidential candidate, as it's obvious that Biden is swirling around the drain. Cuomo also thought the Chinese plague was no big deal when he first heard of it. Funny how he never gets called out on it.
