Had my thin barreled 6.5-284 threaded by Thunderbeast recently. End of barrel comes in at .608 at the 23" mark. Had it zeroed with 156 EOL before I sent it to WY, but knew it may be off when the brake and suppressor were added. Just bolted it back into the stock, ran a couple patches down it, bolted scope on, screwed on the UL7 and tested it out. 1st shot landed just a bit left, then next 4 stacked in there on zero. Big fan of Thunderbeast suppressors and having them thread my muzzles at their shop.

Will take it out to 1000 soon to double check drops.

Kurt, that’s awesome - using the CB or direct thread?

Thunderbeast makes great stuff. I met one of the owners while at the range in Cheyenne, WY and he allowed me to try a 22 he had a suppressor on. Never shot a suppressed gun before that. Now wanting to get one down the road

Got so many barrels of various sizes that the CB was the way to go for me. The Thunderbeast system works really well on those for skinny barrels.

Once you shoot one or two suppressed, it does motivate you to get in line for one.

It sure does. I fired an ultra, i believe 7, may have been 9 on a 300 win mag. It was enjoyable! I want one!!
