I can tell you no one is wearing masks here. Inside the stores that are mandating it to be in their store, but once people are out the door the masks are off. I don't mean to be obtuse or argumentative; but, are you sure you're quoting him the way you intend to. That's like saying "if you don't use a condom, the condom does nothing to prevent pregnancy.". Did your doctor mean to say, "Even if you have a mask, it does nothing to stop you getting it."?
