Don’t know if anybody else likes stuff like this but I figured I’d put it out there.
Check these guys out. Fireball2’s thread got me thinking about it. I really admire the skill to make something beautiful or useful from practically nothing. I could watch these guys make stuff for hours. Maybe because I have no real skills or talent myself and wish I did.
These guys are a few of my favorite from YouTube: First one is a Spanish jewelry maker. Dude is in a wheelchair and makes some of the most amazingly beautiful jewelry from hand I’ve ever seen. He makes a wedding ring from a hex nut in one of the vids. I’ll post it if I find it.
The next guy is a Scandinavian sword/knife maker that could put anybody on forged in fire to shame;
and last but not least is an American woodworker that turns wood walking sticks into snakes that look so real I’d be afraid to carry them in the woods for fear of picking up the real thing.
If you have any you can add, please do so. I’m always looking for new ones to watch. Enjoy...
I’ve never been able to work on small things, can build bbq pits, deer stands, the bigger the better for me. Built pit and deer stand platform since virus shutdown
First Video is simply amazing , but not surprised at all by his ability. That skill carries over to other things manufactured there such as simply stunning SxS shotguns.

Agreed. Hand crafting is one thing the Euros do seem to keep alive and well over there.

BTW thanks for posting this , was a truly beautiful thing to watch.

Thank you buddy, glad you enjoyed it. Much appreciated.
These type of videos are awesome. Old world craftsmanship with a few modern machines. I did notice that it looks like he is wheelchair bound in the video. His skills are mind boggling.
