Looking for a 14-16 power gloss black 30mm tube scope. Having trouble locating one. Last option is having one Cerakoted but don’t know how successful that will be. Anyone got any leads?

A light clear coat would likely be easier than cerakote.
You’ll probably have to hit eBay or Gunbroker gor old Leupolds, etc.

The curing temperature of Cerakote is higher than the seals and glass can take. The scopes that are cerakoted from the factory are done before assembling the scope.
Duracoat is used on assembled scopes, but is anything but "dura"able.
I have been looking for gloss scopes lately, cannot find a current manufacturer. Leupold custom shop is currently not operating.

The trend is to use Matte finish for scopes. I like Gloss myself.
F U C K the BS about glare. The Matte scratches easily during mounting.
Scope manufacturers are all driven by marketing people that think they know what everyone wants.
I too buy used gloss Zeiss and Kahles and others .
I don't need any objectives over 42 MM either.
