For sale: Left hand Remington 700 BDL in .308 Win. Comes with original box but no paperwork. I bought this new around 2004. It originally came with the locking bolt so I installed an after market striker assembly to eliminate that. Some years ago it was sent to Mickey Coleman who trued the action, chambered and installed a Pac-Nor Super match barrel in .308 Winchester, factory Sporter contour, 1:10 twist. I put in a Canjar trigger a few years later which is currently set to 1 1/2 lbs. The rifle is very accurate, to say the least Cosmetically the finish is 97-98%, there are a few compression dents here and there and a rough scratch under the forearm. There is some normal wear on the bolt and action but not much. Metal finish is 98-99%. Overall the rifle looks great. I will find and install the sling swivel studs but am missing the scope mount filler screws. Price is $795 shipped. I'll be glad to answer any questions but first "I'll take it" gets it. No trades needed. Money order or other certified funds only.
Your FFL dealer must accept shipment from a private individual. As always, if you are not satisfied with this in any way you may return it in the same condition as received before making the FFL transfer and I would refund your money less the actual cost of shipping. Additional offer: If someone just wants the barreled action I would part that out for $695 shipped. I was asked the round count and it has between 630 and no more than 650 rounds through it. That's the original batch of 70 sorted cases fired 9 times (630) plus a few miscellaneous sighters.

I have too much looney stuff to keep track of or I'm getting senile. The trigger on this is a Timney, not a Canjar. Still a great trigger with a very crisp and light letoff.
