Jeff, you had your chance & you blew it. Recused yourself ON DAY ONE (you never told me of a problem), and ran for the hills. You had no courage, & ruined many lives. The dirty cops, & others, got caught by better & stronger people than you."

Somehow, I think President Trump has about had it with Sessions. Sessions was a disaster as AG.
Back in 2016 Sessions was the first senator to endorse Trump, so he was very helpful politically. But his behavior as AG was bizarre.

Sessions was not bizarre, he was spineless.

For sure he knew he was gonna recuse when he took it. That was a selfish and harmful play at a most critical time.

It looks like Jeff was a failed Deep State plant, so much for the Southern Gentleman.

Sessions was about the only good appointment Trump made.

Sessions not only recused himself concerning "Russia" after he was sworn in, he recused himself from anything that involved Hillary and the Clinton Foundation before he was even confirmed. During his confirmation hearing he told Senators that he would recuse himself from anything Hillary. Trump should have pulled his nomination the second after he made that statement.

Sessions is almost as bad a choice as Tubbyville, another feller that thinks only of himself.You guys in Alabama need a write in candidate!

Benedict Arnold was a warrior with a huge set of nuts.

Sessions just thought the Russia thing was partisan rhetoric and would blow over after a Senate investigation. He didn’t see it as a coup until too late and was not the man for the job.

I’m surprised he has recycled himself back into the Sebate race, but he’s better than goofy Judge Moore.

Watching an Alabama political race is sort of like having a front row seat at a bikini mud wrestling match. Be careful, or some of the crap that's getting flung might splatter onto you! Here in south Tennessee, we get all the local Huntsville TV channels, and the mud slinging during every election is an epic blood sport! The only difference is that the participants in the campaign are usually fat old men- - - -not hot chicks in skimpy bikinis! A notable exception to that rule is "Twinkle" Cavanaugh, who runs for every office she can think of. She's a chubby, ditzy blonde!

IMHO, total fail. He was useless from the second he recused himself, thus making him a placeholder in the office of Atty General of the United States. Our country, and Trump, could not / cannot afford a placeholder in that office.

He stood meekly aside while Trump took body shot after body shot.

Defend the Constitution, my ass.

He gone.

He recused himself before he was even confirmed. Light bulbs and Red Flags nowhere in sight, until it was too late.

Sessions was a huge disappointment to me.

After him, I'm not expecting too much from Barr... Reality of the DC Machine has finally sunk in.
