I listened to the governor tonight and at the end of his meeting, he announced that due to hard times, he was moving the annual PFD payment to July 1 this year. I’m thinking that since he has wanted to increase the PFD, He will be coming back in the fall and say people are coming to him and saying they can’t afford to buy stove oil when the PFD normally came out and push for a second payment this year.
