For the sake of the argument...You are Chauvin, knee on side of the big dudes neck who is cuffed.

You got two other bros helping to pin the big guy against the SUV’s tire, while Affirmative Action Asian is pulling watch.

Big mofo is saying he can’t breath...What is the situational harm in moving your knee off his neck and into another position that would allow good control of the big guy?

Fox just reported that Floyd was handcuffed and secured in the back of the cruiser before being ripped out and put face down in the street.

There was no video cited.

I can speak in general however.

Putting one knee on the back, and the other on yo' neck, is SOP for handcuffing. And like most things that involve less lethal techniques, you have it done to yourself, as well as apply it, about 500 fugking times before you graduate any academy that's worth a fugk.

Yes it's uncomfortable, but you can breathe just fine.

Nothing in that video is alarming to me. Nothing.

Yes, Gentle George may have died due to the techniques used in that arrest, and yes that is a tragedy. But that isn't murder. If I tase you and you fall on the parking curb and die, that's not murder. If I try to hit you in the arm, and you bob and weave and it cracks your fugking skull open, that's not murder. That's just... Not good.

And everybody that has ever arrested anybody that doesn't want to be arrested, has heard the same fugking story. "I can't breathe" "My chest hurts" "I think I'm going to die" "Stop sleeping with my wife."

It's just part of the job.

Kueng held Mr. Floyd’s back and Lane held his legs. The defendant placed his left knee in the area of Mr. Floyd’s head and neck. Mr. Floyd said, “I can’t breathe”multiple times and repeatedly said, “Mama” and “please,” as well. The defendant and the other two officers stayed in their positions.

what was the cause of death in the autopsy and did Floyd have any intoxicants in his system that would lead to his death?

Hint its in the report you posted and you left that info out.

Did Floyd cooperate with the arresting officers or did he resist when they tried to gently place him in the police vehicle?
