Pretty much, this.

I don't wear a mask in probably 75% of the places I go, but in those places I know the owner, or it's and outdoor place of business, or i know most people won't be. There are some places where I will. If I am going to stand in line at the pharmacy, for example, i will wear one. There might be some immunocompromised folks around. it is common sense or common courtesy, so I throw one on. Not so much if I am going to the garden center, neighborhood liquor store, or outdoor farmers market.

Someone here recently bragged about how they went into a liquor store sans mask, which caused a verbal confrontation, which cause that individual to drive to another location to purchase beer.

Chit, the less interaction with ppl I have the better. Might have made more sense just to slap a fuggin mask on for 30 seconds. No one would have said a word, 24HCF member would have been in and out in no time.

Went through same thing last summer but only two week interval. Love it can read street signs even at night without glasses. Still wear trifocals for up close and about computer length reading (much less fatigue).

Finally getting in here for left eye cataract surgery in a couple weeks. Right eye was done weeks back, and I like to get things matched up.

I had crappy vision, myopia, astigmatism and after 50 presbyopia to boot. My eye doc told me years ago I would be happy to learn I'd developed cataracts. Got them both fixed the first of this year just as the lung funk first started showing up. Damn glad I got the second eye done before they shut off elective surgeries. That was a tough 3 weeks with one fixed and one not. Got 20-15 distance now with no correction but do have to have readers and got some up and down bifocals for work.

I can get $8 readers at the DG and no worries if I trash them, I can see how to drive back to the DG for another pair or 3 with or without a mask.

Mine were a week apart. That was a l-o-n-g week. I couldn't adjust at all. I finally used a patch over 1 eye to be able to do anything.

It may be a state requirement. In Texas both you and the barber have to wear masks in the barber shop. I got a haircut 3 weeks ago and before he started cutting I told him I wouldn't mind if he didn't wear a mask. He told me that if he gets caught giving somebody a haircut and either of us isn't wearing a mask the state will suspend his barber's license.

Personal exp. with this provider ? More often than not my new frames (progressive bifocals) require adjustment by an inhouse tech at the doc's office.

What's the procedure when outsourcing ?

Nope - no drop box.....and you're STILL as azzhole.. Congrats...

This whole Corona BS was just that - BS!! They're now even admitting the whole 'shutdown' thing was unnecessary.. It was all about destroying Trump... But I digress...

When all these mask 'feel-good' policies finally go away, I'll go back.. Otherwise - any place that demands a mask to enter will not get a DIME of my business...

Hey SLUMLOAD (intentional) - YOU'RE STILL AN AZZHOLE... Hadda shout in case you're too deaf to hear...

Their business their rules....
Either way, you don’t get to go in there. Haha

I haven’t worn a mask in 2 weeks, except for dr appt

Try showing your ass on that deal, good luck.

Call around with your flip phone, fake ass gunsmith dumbfûck

lol

Was in the clinic last week. The only mask in sight was worn by the receptionist.

The only departure from policy as normal was a sign on the door excluding non-patients. Unless the Px is your minor child. No more going in with Momma and sitting in the lobby while she visits with the Dr.

Good on ya. I avoid the diaper-faced fools, especially if they insist I wear one.

I haven't worn one either. We pulled up to the Commissary right after they started with the "no ID, no mask, no entry" and kept right on going. We wont go until they drop it.
