That looks really good. We had an unhealthy meal of fried NC shrimp, fried okra, collard greens cooked with fatback, and cornbread with butter slathered on it. But dang it was good.

We bought some pricey $$$$ imported smoked paprika all jazzed up in a fancy tin and promptly lost it ???? After much searching and despair wink we reordered. When the new tin arrived it was guarded like a newborn infant only to find its predecessor a day later behind the coffee pot. grin grin laugh

Fishing aside, one the many things I enjoy about being at our humble place is the foods. We bring home grown beef.

The produce selection in Dryden is great, and the ethic breads are so good. The rye City breads are so good. I find the shelf empty on the sale priced rye bread on the shopping on our way first time at Safeway.

I have beef kidneys for steak, and kidney pie.
