Hey All...as i have previously said...once restrained with handcuffs and or ankle restraints if deemed necessary by MOS on the scene......as was taught to ALL MOS...ALL force STOPS...YES..even perps handcuffed can & will inflict injuries to MOS attempting to restraining same...have had enough of that BS in my 30YRs...!!!!t That is irrelevant to what i previously posted...YES..I have suffered injuries restraining perps..goes with the job...use the tools we NYPD MOS are provided with...handcuffs and ankle restraints...
F O U R officers could not place him into the back of the RMP and end the matter..????????
