2003 Warrant Officer promotion board, results were not published and scrapped, board was told to reconvene.

The reason was that they did not have enough minorities/women selected to CW3/CW4/CW5 so the whole thing was reconvened and the results were not released until about 8 months later, after they had filled whatever quota DA or the Senate had set.

I was fortunate that I was boarded the year before for 3, so it didnt matter to me, but a lot of folks were pissed!

The town is blue because it is full of artsy types.

Dont think for one minute that because they make "country" music there that it is red.

Cost me about 750 bucks a month x 18- 20 months being yanked off that 1st list.
Not to mention that some slug in some softshell MOS basically got promoted that was unqualified and didnt make the 1st list.
And the EO gift from god spot was made for em on the 2nd list.

3 of us in 2/ 327th got fugged by that schitt.
All of us white.
Mysteriously it didnt happen to any minority 11 series on that 1st list
Talking to other friends in other brigades either same trend was seen.

It was so blantant....
