Where am I ignorant? They had him in a car and took him out. Whatever the reason is will not matter due to the video. I am not claiming the perp was an angel, he was clearly a thug. But that will not matter with the video. It is what it is.
Do you really want to learn? There is no ignorance in my comments. If you think the cops are going to walk after that video gets shown to the jury then you're on the far side of stupid. I don't care how big of a POS he was, i dont want cops kneeling on people's neck till theyre dead. Apparently, it's not ordinarily lethal. Just a few minutes earlier, he was fighting them like a wild man, an he was a very large and powerful fellow. I'm sure the cop thought he was merely trying to talk the leg off his neck so he could make a run for it, and has dealt with that ruse many times before.

The dude was an often arrested thug. But that didn't mean it justified what happened to him. 4 cops on scene and he was cuffed. Should have just tossed his worthless butt in the back of a squad car. It doesn't matter what led to him getting tossed to the street, that video will be what determines the outcome. The cop with his knee on his neck was flat out stupid. They had enough men there that a cuffed suspect wasn't a threat. Perception by the public will put that cop in prison. One cop is heard in the video expressing concern and telling them to roll him over but he was ignored. The cop showing concern will probably be alright in the end but the others will go down. Nothing but the video will matter when it goes to the jury.
Actions have consequences. This foolish act by the cops will cost billions of dollars and a lot of deaths and it could very well impact an election. One man can make a huge difference. When did you graduate law school and get your license ? Were you born stupid? Law license has nothing to do with it. The guy had been in the car. He was handcuffed. For some reason instead of taking him to the station they removed him from the car and then the video shows what it shows. That is what the jury will remember. In my 25 years in the military I spent several years working in a Navy brig. How much experience do you have with containing prisoners? None right? Do you have any idea how dumb you look to me right now? The question is, WHY did the police call for an ambulance? I suspect he needed medical attention, and THEY requested it. Unfortunately they didn't arrive fast enough to save him from his problem and POSSIBLY abusive handling that expedited his problem. Yea, he shouldn't have kept up with the knee.....
