HawkI Campfire Ranger H Joined: Jun 2007 Posts: 21,978 Likes: 1	If the finish and dimensions of the handgun are decent and the lube works, you shouldn't require one, even with full power loads. Keith ran all of his magnum loads with BHN of 10. Gas check loads can shoot a bit better at high temps with a hot gun though and it makes it rare to get any leading.
