Bought a few years ago and has been shot ‘maybe’ 50 times. Been in Safe. I am 3rd owner.

Is this a factory built rifle? I thought the match targets were heavy/gov profile barrels, this on is M4 contour.

Is the barrel, upper receiver and BCG "C" stamped?
