Thank you good sir! I think the Parmesan and chives on the crust make it look so much more appetizing than the average recipe, and I love both of those ingredients so I think we have a winner here! I've saved this recipe on my hard disk, and I think I will make it with ground lamb -- or hogget when I can find some more! John
