OP Joe Campfire Tracker J Joined: Nov 2003 Posts: 3,612 Louisiana-U.S.A.	Anyone use these bullets in 7.62x39 to deer hunt? I have been trying to find a good load for the Speer Gold Dots in my CZ-527 without having any luck doing so. The Privi's shoots slightly over an inch the first load I tried but, I don't know how they would work on deer at less than 100 yards. Got about 3/4 box of Hornady .311" Spire Points and have more confidence in these. What say you? Shew me thy ways, O LORD: teach me thy paths. Their commercial cartridges seem close to federal non typical in claimed performance. -OMotS "If memory serves fails me..."
