A New Mexico prosecutor on Wednesday dropped a shooting charge against an Albuquerque man suspected of shooting a protester and called for further investigations after allegations the protester was armed at the time he was shot.

The story of Steven Baca shooting the knife-wielding protester (Antifa?) has all the makings of a great Covington Catholic-style story—an innocent protester shot by an armed, alleged militia member. Unfortunately for our biased media, that’s not what really happened and fortunately, for Steven Baca, there’s video evidence that potentially disproves their claim.

“Baca is now being charged with three counts of aggravated battery with great bodily harm for pulling a woman to the ground and injuring other protesters. All of this was caught on video.

Baca is also be charged with unlawful carrying of a deadly weapon because he does not have a concealed carry permit and the gun he used was hidden under his shirt.“

Good thing he had that concealed gun or he might otherwise be dead. I’m guessing that charge will be dropped also as that firearm saved his life. He’ll get a bodily harm conviction (unfortunately) but he isn’t frying and he’s better off than your boy that got plugged. Chalk a win up to the good guys:)

We’ll have to agree to disagree on this one. I do agree legally he’ll be charged but shoot look at the legal system today, if they want you they’ll likely get you.

I was taught not to hit woman. She was no lady and was engaging in blocking his movement with contact initiated by her as her pepes (likely organized lawless communist hell bend on destroying a country that I love) destroyed public museum property. He didn’t hit her or “body slam her” he flung her down by the wrist. I have little sympathy for agitators that then cry police the minute it gets a little bit tougher than what they want or it doesn’t go their way.
