I'm thinking Biden is pulling a Mueller, to try and avoid prosecution. Looks like Hillary or Michelle will step in as the candidate.

There will be no live debates.
If Joe gets the nomination, big if, the Democrats and the MSM, who sponsors the debates, will come up with some sort of prerecorded virtual Q&A for Biden.
