Thanks to a Doug at Camera Land, I have a Swarovski Z3 3-10x42 on the way. Putting it on a Remington Classic long action that currently has a VX 3i 3.5-10x40 mounted in Standard Talley LW Lows. Will the Lows work, or do I need to order Mediums? How about an extended front ring?

From my experience the lows should work with your new Swarovski. Shouldn’t require an extended set unless your unable to obtain a good sight picture. If any doubt give Talley a call Monday morning and they will provide sound advise.

Lows will work just fine, I have that setup on many of my model 70's.

I have the same scope on a 700 Long Action and use regular (not extended), Talley lows.
