NORTH CANTON, Ohio — A man is facing criminal charges after police say he pointed a loaded gun at protesters who were blocking an intersection Tuesday night.
Dustin Reagan is charged with reckless operation, aggravated menacing, and carrying concealed weapons, police say. Reagan’s age and address were not released.
According to police, members of the Ohio Community Coalition were marching Tuesday night when they blocked the intersection of North Main Street and Maple Street at about 6:45 p.m. About 15 minutes later, a black pickup truck that police say was driven by Reagan drove around stopped traffic and entered the intersection.
Protesters confronted the truck, police say, and Reagan got out the vehicle and pointed a loaded firearm at them. Reagan was immediately taken into custody, according to police.

Don't know. It seems that they have the backing of the city governments where they pull off their crap, and the state and feds are sitting on their hands up to this point. Not knowing anymore about the situation than what you posted, sounds like the Reagan guy potentially made some mistakes. Was his life in danger or could he have turned around and went home? Until this thing degenerates into open combat, you are gonna have to have all your legal ducks in a row before you confront these clowns with a gun because the law is on their side. Of course, the letter of the law was applied to him but the mob blocking the road likely was breaking some law too but they were just fine.

If the police and politicians arent there for honest people (and they arent), then people need to do what they need to.
Selectively enforcing the law warrants selectively following it, especially if youre being herded to being a criminal anyway.
If there are enough of you, its pretty much a green light in some of these places anyway.
