Tribalism is a wonderful feature. It is if it is steered by people with brains, yes. That isn't evident here at all. I see a lot of guys talking about elections. We keep having elections. Schitt keeps going downhill faster and faster. MAYBE elections aren't going to solve the problems. Maybe the Titanic will sink, regardless of who the captain and crew are, once the iceberg has been struck. Think about it. Stop asking others to solve the problems, when they surely keep adding to those problems, over and over again, for decades. Maybe let go of a narrative that is false, and look at facts. If you KNOW that at least half of the voting base is going to keep voting for the WORST candidate, and that you are not going to convince them to do otherwise, why do you keep advocating for elections to solve the problems?? Think about it!

Republicans won a net gain of two seats in the Senate. The 2018 elections were the first midterm elections since 2002 in which the party holding the presidency gained Senate seats. Republicans defeated Democratic incumbents in Indiana, Missouri, North Dakota and Florida.
