A woman who was recorded pointing a gun at Takelia Hill and her 15-year-old daughter, Makayla Green, has been charged with one count of assault, a four-year felony.

The woman, identified by the Detroit Free Press as Jillian Wuestenberg, 32, was charged on Thursday, and her husband Eric Wuestenberg, 42, faces the same charge.

The charges come after video emerged of an incident in a Chipotle parking lot in Orion Township, Michigan, on Wednesday night.

Hill had asked Wuestenberg for an apology after she said Wuestenberg bumped into Green, but when the situation escalated, Wuestenberg pulled out her gun.

Video of the confrontation in Orion Township, Michigan, was posted to Facebook on Wednesday night.

The woman's husband has also been charged with felonious assault. The Detroit Free Press identified the couple as Jillian Wuestenberg, 32, and Eric Wuestenberg, 42.

Takelia Hill told the Detroit News that the confrontation began when Wuestenberg bumped into her 15-year-old daughter, Makayla Green. Green and Hill demand an apology, and proceed to call Wuestenberg "ignorant" and "racist."

As Wuestenberg walked to her car, her husband, can be seen in a full version of the interaction getting out of the vehicle and telling Hill and Green: "Who the (expletive) do you think you guys are?"

"You cannot just walk around calling white people racist ... White people aren't racist ... I care about you and I'm sorry if you had an incident that has made someone make you feel like that. No one is racist," Jillian Wuestenberg added.

Hill stepped back as the couple got into their car and rolled their windows up, but as Wuestenberg's husband backed out of the vehicle, Hill hit the back of it, believing she was going to be struck.

Wuestenberg then got back out of her car, pointed the gun at Green and Hill, and told her husband to call the police.

Oakland County sheriffs did arrive on scene, but she was not immediately arrested.

Wuestenberg and her husband are both registered gun owners with concealed pistol licenses, and police confiscated their guns during the investigation.

Oakland County Executive David Coulter told the Detroit Free Press that he was "deeply disturbed" by the video of the incident.

A spokesperson for Oakland University, where Eric Wuestenberg worked as a veterans support services coordinator, said he had been fired from his job since the incident.

"We have seen the video and we deem his behavior unacceptable," university spokesman Brian Bierley told the Free Press.

She was the aggressor, and the black would have pulled a gun on her, the white woman would still have been charged, and the black woman not charged.

Yep. Hitting your car doesn't rise to that level. You don't point a gun at someone to scare them off or intimidate them unless you're life is in danger and you're ready to drop a hammer if they don't back the [bleep] off.

A lady hit her SUV with her fist so she got back out of their SUV and pointed a handgun at them.

There is no more rule of law in the US. There hasn't been for a long time. When the government decided that IT could be the victim of crimes (not possible under common law, where an actual victim must demonstrate actual harm) the rule of law ended. Now, we have local mafia syndicates enforcing whatever they decide is law, whenever they decide it, and the police are as they have always been, which are the "muscle". I hope more and more of you are willing to see this, and that more and more of you stop expecting cops, or government employees or officials, or courts, or elections to solve these problems. They are foundational, and can't be solved without dismantling the largest, most corrupt entity that ever existed on this planet, in terms of resources and manpower. If you can't see this yet, hopefully you will soon.
