Wabiggon, you’ve had much success with many of your surveys....so, I thought I’d try.
I heard a radio DJ state that the US per person, annual egg consumption was 290 eggs /year! I figure I’m right near 1000/year!
So, how many do you figure that all of you folks consume/year! memtb
About 720 per year.

I rarely miss 2 eggs for breakfast, and we have pickled/deviled eggs/ cheese cake, etc all the time. So I guess near 1000.

I have chickens, and give almost all the eggs away. I might eat one or two a week, and I actually like eggs, just don't eat them much. Wife uses them in cooking probably more than anything else. She hates eggs, and will not eat them, unless they're in something she baked. At one time, I was selling about 10 dozen a week, but my best customer moved away, so I just started giving them away to friends and relatives.

At least one a day considering everything they are in.
When I was on a high protein diet bout 15 years ago at least six a day for a year. Doctor always wondered why I didn't test high at all for cholesterol that year. Did eating all that make you get fat, Fat?

Haha Wtf, you eat at midnight too Gawd you’re like a baby bird Always had this stuff, as far as I can tell. And a really high metabolism. Used to eat between 4000 and 6000 calories a day. Near as I can tell, right now at Medicare age, fairly active around this place, walking maybe 10+ miles a week with a 12lb day pack of water and a few weights in it, I need around 3000 calories a day to stay the same weight. Right now I'm trying to cut it back so I can keep the weight loss going. Protein morning this morning, 2 sausage patties, 2 eggs, some slices of mozzarella melted on the eggs, fresh pico salsa, and a tortilla. 150 cal for the eggs, 100 for the tortilla, 250-300 for the sausage, maybe 40 in the cheese, negligible for the salsa, add a few for the olive oil it was cooked in (from a jar of sundried tomatoes) so 500+ just for breakfast. And a piece of weight watchers gingerbread for breakfast dessert. Maybe another 100? To start the day. Mid morning snack was some homemade granola bread with butter, maybe another 150? Already at 750 and the day is just starting. I haven't mentioned the chocolate bar I eat every day. I average about one. No more drinkin', no more smokin', just chocolate. And I love eggs from the Gulag. They're the best!

I eat a half cup of a bran cereal with almond milk and a boiled egg for breakfast. I might eat a few more thru the week as a snack. So I would estimate around 400 a year. I used to eat two fried eggs every morning so my consumption is down. Geez, I wouldn’t make it to 10.... Just finished breakfast: four eggs from the neighbor’s chickens, half pound of sausage with mushrooms, bell peppers and onion, two cups of blueberries with half a cup of full fat yoghurt. Now I can go to work...
