If i can score one of them wood stocked Axis .308,s way less than the 260 listed now.
I will do a pics or it never happened project on it.
Schitt can the cheap weaver scope and rings.
Tune and tweak the trigger.
Do a wood burn grain highlight on that plain stock.
Stain it.
Refinish it.
Couple still hanging around here.
150ish on one would be nice.....
Wont get dissapointed if it dont happen.

2 wood .308,s here got sold for 184.
Rest in area are still 260.
Keeping an eye on em.
5 left at 260 in the area listed as low stock
Which the 2 that went for 184 IIRC listed as 260 2 or 3 days ago in stores i been looking at occasinally.

I grabbed a 6.5 Creedmoor Savage Axis for 175.00. Trigger was atrocious but remedied that and now its at 3.5#. Most all groups were less than MOA with 2 rounds touching and a flyer.

For 175 that will work. 1st round a flyer? Last? Random? Might be a simple action screw tweak or float the barrel if needed Polish sears and cocking peice? Clip a coil on a spring? What did you do to it? Curious about em....
