Looking at Underwood 200gr and 220gr hardcast for woods carry here in AK. I have a .44 but I may want to carry my 10mm sometimes. Anybody test both of these? Not much difference on paper I guess but wondering if anyone has some real world experience.

Just been having a discussion on this ammo... https://www.24hourcampfire.com/ubbthreads/ubbthreads.php/topics/15011380/all/hard-castAs I recall there was a shooting in Montana maybe last fall. Bow hunters dropped a moose, and when they hiked back in to take out the meat they were charged by a bear. Guy in the lead had a Glock 10mm with 200 grain HC...two rounds to the face dropped the bear.

Just an FYI...a friend of mine got a Sig P220 in 10mm and the Buffalo Bore HC won't fit in the mags.

No bears but I have shot many pigs and Whitetails with both of those and DoubleTap in the same weights. They have all been accurate out of revolvers, Glock’s and 1911s
Guns don't kill people, it's mostly the bullets
