Well, you see, I looked up the po'boy sandwich, yesterday, it looked to me a lot like a sub sandwich. By then I was in that mood.
My wife, and I had a church meeting last night, and I just thought it would a nice idea to pick up a couple on the way home.
She had ham, I had what they called shredded steak. no sauce on either. I had hot peppers, and black olives, and spinach.
I was going to eat half, and the rest for breakfast. cooler heads prevailed however.

Remember when Subway started up how they didn't halve the bun, but cut a vee out of the top and inserted the fillings that way?
