These are some that come to mind. Feel free to add to them.
Going in another direction: this rifle sucks and I want to dump it ASAP
Honest wear: the gun was beat to hell on purpose.
Sub MOA all day long: I got a sub MOA group one day.
Some frosting on the metal: the gun has rust.
Has patina: see frosting.
Safe queen: a gay .270
Safe dings: the gun was put in the safe after honest wear (see above)
Cash sale only: trying to make some money on this piece of crap.
Low round count: I have no fughing idea how many rounds were fired.
Brush buster chambering: the bullet drops like a rock and velocity is is slow as a thrown rock

When I worked in a gun shop in college, no firearm that had been brought in for trade had ever fired more than a box of shells.

A few handling marks: It looks like it was drug behind a pickup truck down a gravel road.

Looks unfired: It has thousands of rounds through it but I cleaned it really good.
Carried a lot, shot very little: See "looks unfired", but with major dings and scratches that cleaning can't fix.
Second variation - Possibly unfired: Probably fired.
Rare! (to justify exorbitant price): This was a POS design from the get go and nobody bought any so the factory quit making them after one year.
Gunnery, gunnery, gunnery. Hit the target, all else is twaddle!

Rare : one of 100,000,000, but none as badly patinaed as this one.
Vintage : See rare, but for snobs and elites
Custom : I cut the stock off and blued on a waffle red recoil pad - badly.

Point Blank. It's usually used as a drama enhancer by the media.
"He was shot at Point Blank range."
Well, no [bleep], lady. It's a .357" Magnum. PBR on a human could be 100 yards.

To be fair:
It is possible for a gun to have been carried many miles by a hunter, with the expected external wear and tear, yet have only a few rounds fired. "A couple of boxes of shells".
OTOH, a gun may look pristine, but have thousands of rounds fired by a non or seldom hunting range rat.
Ideally you should be able to ascertain a used gun's history, but that's not always possible.
Caveat emptor.

I saw a similar one for decoding horse ads. Lots of similarities to some gun ads. Good jumper potential - can't keep it in a six foot fence. Needs experienced rider - can't buck hard enough or long enough for rodeo stock but can buck hard enough and long enough for you. Great kids horse - has a mouth so hard a kid couldn't hurt it. Quiet horse with lots of experience - so old it may not live long enough to get it home. Great cow pony - drove past a feed lot once with the horse in the trailer
Chronographs, bore scopes and pattern boards have broke a lot of hearts.
