Happy to hear that. I've been waiting for them to get back going to order a 7br or 7tcu (haven't decided yet, have dies for both). Hopefully they'll get those reamers back.

Brydan, what action are you going to use for your build. I always thought a 7br on a Remington model 7 action would make a sweet light weight rifle.

I just sent them an email. They had two Charles Daly Mini Mausers barreled for me in 222 and 25/222. The 25/222 was ready to ship and the 222 was only a couple of days from being ready when the fire happened. I had told them to hang on to the 25/222 until the other was ready to save on shipping. They were quick to refund all my money, including for the reamer I provided and the value of the actions I had sent. I have a couple of lefty Daly Minis to replace them and think I'll go ahead with the same ones again.
Chronographs, bore scopes and pattern boards have broke a lot of hearts.

Brydan, what action are you going to use for your build. I always thought a 7br on a Remington model 7 action would make a sweet light weight rifle. It's on a 700 action that's needing a barrel otherwise I think a model 7 would be a better fit. It has a .473 bolt so the BR choice is easier and Peterson is making 7br brass instead of forming 6br Lapua as I've typically done before.

I shot a 7BR for high-power rifle silhouette for a few seasons, talk about a cartridge that performs above its pay grade - that is the 7BR. I was always amazed at how such a low recoil cartridge using a 168 grcould deliver enough energy at 500 meters to knock a 55 lb ram silhouette off the stand . Finn Aagard did an article on a 7BR rifle back when he was writing for Rifle, he was suitably impressed with it also. drover
223 Rem, my favorite cartridge - you can't argue with truckloads of dead PD's and gophers.
