When the whaling station was running in Twofold Bay, Eden NSW Australia the Orcas used to collaborate with the whalers to find the whales. Amazing creatures.
Using a wave to wash seals off of ice floes takes some cooperation and understanding but in a way I guess it's not a lot different than wolves who split up so one part of the pack drives prey to where the other part is waiting in ambush.
Still pretty cool. It is a good thing they don't find us tasty. As far as we know...
