My son is self employed and is a hard core conservative that will tell it like he sees it. My daughter is a school teacher working on her masters in business administration and wants to become a school superintendent. She is a conservative but won't post anything on Facebook or Twitter and is even worried that her CC permit is going to cause her problems in the future. Actions speak louder than words, but the battle of words is lost and our inaction is going to cost US the country. Maybe it Trump looses in November he'll lead US in the fight to taking back our country.

I'm paying real good attention, the China BS has cost me 62 % of my income. You don't just let freeloaders and deadbeats parade around rioting and looting other people's stuff....you arrest or kill them. Saw a picture of Trump wearing a mask yesterday, at least he can't suck a Willie for a vote with it on. I'd like to see another 4 years of Trump as POTUS. It would probably cost us our family business that we've had since 1938. But our future as the US of A would be brighter.

my highly educated daughter, currently working on her phd, has much the same opinion as me. we're both disgusted by the representation we have but no way would either of us vote for any of the demo schitheads from the past several elections. my boys are pretty non-political but very pro-police and pro-america. the whole family thinks this blm rioting schit is out of control and needs stopped now.

I have two daughters, a married 27-year old who is a kindergarten teacher and a 23-year old who is about to enter her second year of law school (forensic chemistry undergrad degree). Both kids raised in a stable, Christian home, conservative financially and socially, with Republican parents. Older daughter and her husband are solid conservatives, she "gets" it. Younger one is liberal, supported Sanders in 2016, doesn't like Biden now but can't stand Trump. I think she was impacted a lot by liberal friends from high school and college, with whom she spends a lot more time with than us, her parents. So you just never know. I do keep telling her though, that in a couple years when she (hopefully) is working out in the real world and she sees how much of her income goes to taxes and then realizes what impact the Democrat tax and spend policies will have on her and her paycheck she'll come back to the center or even, the right!

Much depends on the Geo political area of the schools, and overall quality of parents.
Being exsposed to a broad spectrum can be good or bad.
Being counter balanced by good parenting on aspects can work.
Key words being good parenting......

It's not a locked in mantra broad brushed across the nation.

Many, but not all kids that are private schooled or home schooled are dysfunctional as hell also outside of their insulated and sheltered bringing up. And go batschyt crazy once on their own away from the protective wing.
Especially when they hit college and want acceptance and start hearing all the bullschitt for the 1st time. Then the parents become all despondent and wonder why the programmed and protected peice of clay turns 180 against everything they was allowed to be exposed to by them.

Not a broad brush statement.
But a JMO.....

From what I have seen of the indoctrination provided by primary educators.
No.

In a word, no. Of course he’s 50 years old and works currently for the DOD at the Marine corps base in Iwakuni Japan. grin He’s always had a good head on his shoulders and he and his wife have raised three great kids. I am very proud of him, and in my “old” age I am secure in the knowledge that there is still more of them in the world than the people trying to tear this country apart.

The thing that suprises me the most from both sons and both daughters-in-law, they all, across the board HATE Trump. However when you get them talking they actually agree with is policies and actions, or for the most part. When you ask them why they want him gone, it's always along the lines of "he's a jerk", well he is.
But when you ask policy based, they side more with R than D

This is what it is.....

He was on TV in the explosion of the age of everyone gets a trophy or ribbon playing soccor and grading on a curve.

The Celebrity Apprentice....

No pecking order type of schit in society
No punch in the face at recess stuff
Everyone is the " same" intelligence and ability wise.

Then comes along the Big mean Donnie on Tv for about a decade
Firing duds.
Chewing out their azz,s for failure.
Not giving em a 7th chance to attain the minimum standard
Let alone a 2nd....

Not offering extra credit points
Not allowing extra time.
Always expecting above the minimum standard and excellence.

So you take age groups from across the country watching that show
all along or hearing about it.

And they see how it applied to their inner core b type personalities being losers who had been accommodated in the ways the "Big Meanie Donnie " stood basically 100% against on the show.

Hence the hate against President Trump x 10,s of millions nationwide that exist and has been passed along generationally.

I should get paid for analysis like this...........

Music and entertainers, ‘Nother thing that influences your kids to dress and act like them.

I was a kid in the 60’s and 70’s, in the absence of the internet the music was an organizing force, for better or worse.

I think there is a lot of truth in these two statements. Trump is leading the populist/conservative movement from the White House. I dont think he realized how entrenched the globalist/communist movement was in our government and realized it would take more than four years to make substantive changes. He has had to move to the center to get re-elected. After the election he will have more latitude. Populist/conservatives need a strong leader and hopefully Trump will continue to lead the movement after he is out of the White House.

Shocked actually ! Can’t believe how conservative our 2 sons are.

Daughter must lean that way too, she keeps her head down at work on politics. It’s a liberal hot bed and most are visceral in their dislike for our prez.

I believe they’re like a lot of us, there’d be no better feeling paying our taxes if the same care for that money was taken with what we have to do with the leftovers after paying taxes.

I'm pretty certain when we sing our anthem and mention the land of the free, the original intent didn't mean cell phones, food stamps and birth control.

My sons went to school in the SF Bay Area, Midland, Houston and Boerne Texas, Andover Kansas, Calgary (middle one graduated high school) and Brisbane Oz so lots of "diversity". It's the parenting more than anything. My wife, in particular, and I were on them. Youngest just finished school.

Our son's a responsible , hardworking 29 yro conservative.
He says there are a lot of young conservatives out there, that's good to know.
