For anyone on the fence....I have a TG-3. It's been half way around the world with me. Beat to hell. I've snorkeled with it, stumbled with it, dropped it off of countless surfaces and out of carry on bags. It's taken some really great underwater shots. Great Art modes. Just been a great back pocket camera. Going to grab one. If anyone is looking for a backpacking, side pocket, give ZFs about camera...these are them.

Download the Oly app and take great selfie Trophy shots off a tripod in the backcountry with remote shutter and controls to phone. Swapping pics from Camera to Phone is extremely simple. And I am a CAVEMAN when it comes to technology.

I have a TG-4 that has followed me too. Awesome camera! Put that cell phone away and get a real camera. Note too that Olympus just announced that they are getting out of the camera business. This of course means that this is the last version of this amazing platform. Doug's deal is pretty dang good, buy one!

Yes, Olympus sold their camera division
Olympus cameras is NOT getting out of the camera business. Olympus corporation of Japan sold the camera division to the LARGEST hedge fund in Japan. This company has a history of growing companies after they buy them. Thousands of companies get sold every year. Olympus just announced they will be coming out with the E-M10 Mark 4 SLR camera and also announced 3 new lenses that will be coming out this year.

This is a great deal and there will eventually be a TG7,8, 9 etc. It is and will be the best camera in this class.
