Was wondering if the 30mm hunter rings would be a decent match for a tikka t3 300wsm Currently has a weaver base, not a pic rail Or should I get leupold bases and use 30mm rings? Are the hunter series rings worth looking into?

I’ve looked at them.Probably would suffice, but I prefer steel-Burris Zees are relatively cheap...

I just put on a set and they seem usable. If I was going to put them on something with some recoil or wa s going on a big hunt I would something better.

I use the hunter 30mm on my 06 tikka (and a few other rifles). These are the lowest rings I have found (of adequate quality).

I think I read somewhere that Seekins makes them . I am not 100% sure of that .
