My wife and I were up early today so headed off on a hike, her app says just shy of five miles. We headed into town for lunch and tried a well established place that we have never been to. I had an excellent bunless 1/2# patty melt and a salad. No dinner tonight.

Last night was Korean from a little hole in the wall place. Big Bang Grill. Spicy pork, beef ribs, and shrimp.
Tonight is going to be pork chops and cheesy cauliflower.

Working on quick and easy recipes for hunting camp. Took 10 minutes and everyone loved it. Will use picketed red onions next time. Definite keeper for an end of a long hunting day meal.
It is not enough to fight for natural land and the west; it is even more important to enjoy it. While you can. While it's still there. So get out there and hunt and fish and mess around with your friends...
