Drew a Frenchman firearms tag. I'm curious if anyone if familiar with the unit. Interested to know how the mule deer population fairs on public ground. Always hear you have to have private ground for mule deer. Not asking for anyone particular track of land, just if its feasible to kill a mule deer on public ground there

Frenchman is a tremendous mule deer area. Very well known for big mulies. I would recommend you call the Nebraska Game and Parks District Office in North Platte and visit with one of the deer biologists.

That's what I've always heard. Was hoping to get some information on 1st hand experience vs a biologist just gving some stats
