Guy I went to college with shot himself cleaning a 40cal loaded with 180gr flat nose FMJ. Went through the large part of his thigh, but missed the bone and his femoral. Drove himself to the hospital and they stitched up the holes. Looked caliber-size, nothing more.
Now with even more aplomb
