My wife just made a Keto pizza crust. I am about to dress it with sauce, Parmesan, sliced mozzarella, basil, onion, tomato, sausage and pepperoni.

Simple tonight: Steak and beans.

Ranch Style beans with a bit of water and a tablespoon of Tiger Sauce. Slowly simmering to thicken back up and integrate flavor so the Tiger Sauce isn't "on top" of it.

Grocery store "certified Angus beef" (whatever that actually means) T-bone. Enough of a loin side to verge on Porterhouse. About 18 ounces. It is a nice looking steak, well marbled.

Gotta go, the charcoal chimney is ready to dump in the Weber. grin

Wagyu beef (strip loin), big prawns, scratch Caesar and lotsa good vodka by a big fire. I’m happily drunk.

Pretty cool stuff.. We had Wendy’s burgers and fries.. My step daughter is going camping in the morning and we are heading home.. No cooking for her.. She is a sweetheart!! You guys cook some awesome stuff.. 99 I am a piker when it comes to the things you cook.. Pardon my ignorance but what was that?? Usually I would worry about my steak running away before I could eat it, but that was different.. Cook on guys, you are having things I never hear of.. Looks yummy, sometimes..

Tonight's supper served two different ways. To the top a homemade Cornish pasty served with a side of homemade gravy that was made with a dark roux and drippings, with a side salad dressed with the House dressing from Philo's restaurant in Cornwall, OMG IT IS DELICIOUS STUFF! To the bottom, a homemade hand pie/pasty covered in the gravy made from a dark roux and drippings, and the same side salad, no dressing. All in all, a really good meal!

Large zucchini - hollowed out - in oven for a while - hamburger browned with green pepper, onion, and garlic - some petite tomato bits and a little tomato sauce added in, along with the chopped up bits of squash from the hollowing - hollow filled with the hamburger mixture - mozzarella cheese on top - back in the oven for a while - finished under the broiler to brown the cheese - extra hamburger mixture that didn't fit served on the side of the squash - cucumber with green onion and green pepper as salad.
