I stumbled onto another 6.5, this time a 6.5 PRC. I load for a few Creeds, a 47 Lapua,and a Sweed, but i am getting lazy and was wondering what you all might load for it?
It is a Ruger American with an 8 twist 24 in barrel.

I've been loading the 130 Accubond and the 130 Swift and getting under .5 MOA and about 3100 FPS.

130 Accubond
Remington 9-1/2
58.5 gr. H1000

130 Swift Scirocco
CCI BR-2
58.0 gr. H1000

I don't recall the overall length.

I had a Sauer 100 6.5PRC and now a Mossberg Patriot Predator 6.5PRC. I have used the 13 AB over 57.5/58 of H1000 and a FedM210 primer. Great accuracy with both. Good luck Mac. Remember to work up your own load starting lower.

I was looking for something in my reloading room and found 2 boxes of 140 grain BTHPs (Blems) in an unmarked box, ever try them in a 6.5PRC?
