Upon until yesterday-no one. Yesterday my buddy from Houston calls me to tell me he was wiped out by Covid for three weeks. His wife and four children all had Covid. His son 17 yoa was sick for three days. His wife and three daughters were sick for about ten days.
He said he has never been this sick in his life.
He said his daughter is fairly certain she got it from working out at the gym.

Not only do I not know anybody who's sick, but I don't know anybody who knows anybody.

At my employment, out of 60 employees, three have had and recovered from C-19.

One young man caught it from his Mother, and his Father also caught it and recovered.

One man was off two weeks quarantine because his daughter had C-19.

One mid twenties man spent three days in ICU on O2 with C-19. He caught it from his Mother.

Another mid 40s Male has been off work four weeks. He spent one night in hospital. His C-19 test at 14 days came back positive , so he had to take another test at 21 days. At day 27, we are still awaiting results.

The crew I am working with is 22 men. At this point five out of 22 are on quarantine because of direct contact with someone who tested positive.

It has become a huge financial hardship on the employer, paying out an extraordinary amount of sick leave. A lot of the employees are only receiving 75% in sick benefits, so they are hurting too.

Interesting to note, the positive tests affecting this workplace are 100% within the Hispanic Population, which is a about half of our workforce.

Valsdad, thanks for your reply.

"Deniers" is a strawman argument that people use to justify their panic. I have yet to run into anyone who does not think it exists. The reaction and bullshiite surrounding it is way overblown. The numbers are grossly inflated and fear is an easy sell. Especially to older folks who suck every word out of the boob tube all day.

I have a cousin who has it, and is in the hospital. He was in a nursing home, and 7 more residents there have also tested positive for it.

Until 3 days ago, I didn’t know anyone! I lost my Uncle early yesterday morning. Also found out that his daughter (cousin) and her husband tested positive for Covid, soon after a family gathering! Their symptoms were minimal. My uncle that was in great health for a 91 year old....lasted less than a week, once diagnosed! So now, the number for me is 3! It’s gotten very personal! memtb

My niece and several of her co-workers / friends have tested positive for it. All had mild flu-like symptoms for a few days. They work in the hospitality industry on the coast. Tourists are bringing it from everywhere.

I haven't been tested but I'm 95% sure I had it the last week of Feb. and first week of March. I traced it back to a handshake with a guy who had been around New Orleans during Mardi Gras. He was sick before he came over here and tested positive for antibodies after he left.

Mine started with a dry cough, then fever/chills, then muscle aches, then fatigue, then a little trouble breathing, all in the first week. The second week was headaches, muscle aches and fatigue. I didn't realize my sense of smell was gone until it suddenly came back, after about 4 weeks.

No positive tests but know several folks who likely had it back in March. Luckily, all survived.

Yup I know a few, I likely had it in February after a trip to Vegas. Lady next to me on the plane was coughing the entire flight. I joked if she had recently traveled to China, she got pissed. I think I was right....

My uncle passed away from it yesterday after less than a week in ICU. My aunt also has it, not hospitalized yet.

So I know two people that’s had it.

Nine year old granddaughter had it. No symptoms whatsoever. Got tested because her grandmother on the dad's side had it.
