OP Ptarmigan Campfire Regular Joined: Jan 2006 Posts: 2,790 Anchorage	Yesterday was the day the little dude came home with us. My boys were pretty excited, to say the least. It's a lot of work, but I'm a sucker for labs.

Anyway when I decided to get my own dog a few years later... a chocolate lab, my neighbor gave me the "Water Dog" book. It was a very good book for me. Others may have their favorites. Do a simple Google search book Water Dog Costs about 5 or $10 used. Good luck with the dog, it's always a fun day to get a new puppy. I'm looking for a Mountain Cur b**** at the moment myself. If you are not actively engaging EVERY enemy you encounter... you are allowing another to fight for you... and that is cowardice... plain and simple.
